SofPoint® "Hot Offers" and/or "Specials" Policy
Occasionally, SofPoint® may decide to list "Hot Offers" and/or "Specials" on our web site. Unless otherwise noted, these "Hot Offers" and/or "Specials" apply only to orders placed on the web site.

SofPoint's Return Policy
We know you’ll love our products. If, however, you are not satisfied with any SofPoint
® product you purchase directly from SofPoint.com, you may return it for a refund (excluding shipping and handling) within 30 days of purchase less a 15% restocking fee to cover online transaction costs with our e-commerce partners and visa/mastercard.

  • For returns to be accepted, the postmark date on the product must be within 30 days of the original product ship date.
  • For your protection, please use USPS tracking or UPS for shipment of returned products.  GIV,LLC is NOT responsible for any lost or damaged packages.

  • If you purchased product ON OUR WEB SITE ONLY please click here to send us an email.

  • If you purchased product OVER THE PHONE with a SofPoint® SALES REPRESENTATIVE, FAXED IN AN ORDER TO GIV,LLC,  OR MAILED IN AN ORDER TO GIV,LLC  please follow the instructions below:

  1. Send an e-mail to custservice@SofPoint.com stating the reason for your return and we will email an authorization for return.
  2. Repackage your product and include the return authorization number and a copy of your invoice.  If you do not have your invoice, please include your name, address, phone number, date of purchase, and e-mail address on a separate piece of paper.
